Back to the original question: A simple solution could be to get a PCI slot fan. I think $20 is the general price range, and possibly cheaper.
What's your AA set at? I know in some games if I turn up my AA too high ingame I end up with a bit of purple around.
I'd have to agree that getting a new card is the best option. Of course, having integrated video, there is a chance that there is no AGP slot....
