i actually think it is more of a random generator type thing. a roll of the dice, 1 u get something , with new roll of dice to determine what u get.

what does 8 % chance mean? that it has a 8 % chanse of 10% increase?

dont really know what to sell it for, i just thought it was too good a bow to not offer it to anyone before selling it to merchant..
