I've seen the green air wand and it has similar stats: 20% fast cast on air, 10% overall recharge. I dont know if the fire wand is similar or not.

I know it sucks... I just payed a whole lot for my rare air staff two days ago. It was max dmg, req. 9 and improves cast speed: 9%, improve skill...

where did u find ur staff? just wondering..did u just get em from them new chests or had it fora long time?
