Where they drop will be known eventually, so nobody should really care. I just want to see what they look like.

I really wish they'd fix up the old backgrounds and release an option to pick whichever we want.
My average time to vanquish an area is ~1 hour using H/H (across all 3 campaigns+EotN). Depending on your ability as a player, you could vanquish...
Does that include BMP sales?
I only used a W tome for Quivering Blade because it's impossible to get the boss spawn without a quest line. It doesn't make sense paying...
Found a new weapon this afternoon. It's not modded yet, but I'll deal with that tomorrow.
