Tonics can be used in Explorable Areas! I'm assuming the tonics are 27 hero skins + at least 3 other. I saw a caribou tonic already. Not sure...

If I can't use the stupid tonic in explorables, I'll be quite disappointed. At least my 6th year mini would have followed me around!
