Yep...crip shot was once underrated. Now it has the glory it deserves, and i wouldn't say it needs a nerf at all. If it attracted all allies...
A 15 second daze is very hectic if you get it on the one and usually only monk...(not talking about 8v8 here)...on a boss, it's not as good...
