I've been everywhere up to Southern Shivepeaks and haven't found this yet... anyone know where this is?

Anyone know what Monstrous Fangs are for? They say they are a rare crafting mat.

So do you get transported to Crystal Desert after the riverside quest?

Which missions? I know of one mission area in Crystal Desert which is Aurora Glade... what are the others? and which one do I do first?

Where is the final city where you would craft your end game armor? Also where are Iron Mines Of Moladune and Dragon's Lair... I could swear...
