well i travelled to mine the other day... seems only your guild can get there, so they're kinda instanced but not in the normal sense *shrugs*...
i personally like the ranger/mesmer route; drain their life with mesmer skills whilst burning them with arrows or beating them with pets anyway...
last time i checked around 66 hours on my main char, 3 on my 2nd char and about one hour each on my other 2 chars. first day 12.5 hours after it...
