Most people telling you that it does increase the value, well, suck let me make a really simple example a Req 11 15^50 chaos axe would normally...

salvage hammer, probably 5-10K shield, mixed mods and maybe 5K for other hammer, or salvage

high req, unwanted damage mod, maybe 5-10Kish

not max, salvage dunno exactly about max ones, would think somethine like 15Kish

Fire staff req 10 10/10 Tall shield req 11 tactics 44/-2 enchanted Helaing ankh req 10 health +28 healing +1 19% anyone?
