Req 6 is most likley +10 energy (The highest) considering there is a Req7 +12 energy, and I doubt there is an axe mod on an off hand item.

I would pay 400-500, but I dont really like the -10 armor but Im sure you could get alot more if you find the right buyer, maybe 800-900k.
