Someone hacked her account, stole money/items and deleted Black Guinevere. I'm glad he/she is getting in trouble, hacking in GW is low.
The Helm is the best part imo, unless you get a full set. Some Warriors look bad in the full set, but some look awesome (such as Black Fellblade)....
