an HoD sword has a +5 energy mod... if it doesn't have an upgrade on it (20% enchant, +30HP, +5 Armor, etc) then it is clean

15>50% cha

bows have a max dmg of 15-28

a perfect weapon would consist of having a perfect dmg mod (15>50%, 15% in stance, etc) and a low req (7,8,9) EDIT -- weapon also has to be max dmg
