I think the amount of life gained just doesn't make it worth using in comparison to other elites. I would go with...well...just about any...

i find myself wishing i could walk quite often when i'm leading NPCs around THAT CAN WALK. and when an NPC is following it always walks...

pfft. dopple is easy with ele. cast firestorm and meteor shower. he won't try to move.
