I get 60 fps with everything maxed out in crowded towns/outpost. When I Put settings in medium-low I get around 80-100 fps

7 pve characters all with at least 2 sets of 15k armor. And 1 pvp char, and 1 storage mule.

ya i got the same problem also. Probably too many people are using it atm.

I've checked other game reviewer sites and they all gave Eye of the north above average ratings. IGN gave it 7.9/10 and Gamespot gave it...
