Knocked it down to around 40 seconds with a 20 second run I estimate. (Storm Chaser blinks away before I can cast my first spell).

Very easy with R/Me as well. Don't know if it clears it as fast as an SS. Basic Famine/Spirit Shackles/at least 1 Mind Wrack will kill it...
