i also don't think they suck .. 15>50 = almost constant +15% dmg, customize for total of +35% damage, conjure frost for + 1-13 damage,...

elemental resistance + dolyak + watch yourself FTW! got mine in 4 runs tip: take candy canes for losing DP, and shiverpeak keys (got me a 15>50...
