It has to be a tall shield with 40-45 health while enchanted, and -2 damage while enchanted. It must be gold. It MUST be req.9 tactics or under....

What does your Warrior do more of, PvP, or PvE? If you plan to farm, look for any max damage axe with a health bonus.
