I tried that to, cleared out as much as possible then got Rastigan on the "radar" which is what actaully triggers him, but his health was...

Well made it to lvl-3 and was clearing it out, then spaced out and got bombed by the wurm.........

The wurms are tough, first clear out area, then start SoH as close to the wurm as possible, and keep this distance short, and eventually you can...
This has to my biggest beef with this game, be playing for 16months, one year hardcore in FoW and UW, I live in the US and I have both my accounts...
BTW, I got my energy up to 37 and health at 255 by using two runes of attunement instead of vigor and deadly arts.
