nope, they're two different items, and you cannot change the hilt on either

sundering = the most overrated mod ever. As said before, zealous works wonders for farming. If for some reason you feel the need to pump another...

one word: titans

try the titans with a 55 build....its fun, and you get some decent drops and runes
