The skin is rare but that hexed mod ruins it. 10-20k imo, and it may prove to be a hard sell.
#1 - Merchant #2 - Sword itself is 2-4k, undead mod is 10k or so. #3 - 40-50k I'd say. As always, get some second opinions before selling.
As an acknowledgement of your punctual bumping I will provide some PCs #1 - 60-70k imo #2 - Merch/1-3k #3 - 25-35k #4 - 30-40k imo #5 - 20-30k...
To be honest I am more inclined to agree with the more recent PCs. I would say it can get 15-20k, anything above that is just a bonus.
