As previously stated, 5-12k is reasonable. I wouldn't wait for the "ideal buyer" who will pay 20k+, that could take months.
I agree with the others; merch the scepter and the effigy is worth somewhere in the region of 15k.
170-180e I would say, definiely don't sell cheap until you get a second opinion.
The mix of mods isn't exactly popular but it may fetch 15-20e from a collector.
