You can't compare to collectors because technically collectors are just as good as everything else. Why pay 700k for a 15>50 req 8 Chaos...
Tall shields are tactics req I believe. If both modifiers were both stance or enchanted it'd be worth oogles more.
30-60k sounds about right.
I used to sell these collector ankhs for 2k a pop, 1.5k each if they bought both (also had 12/20/20).

Nerf may have dropped value down to 20-40k, but it's still worth a lot more than 1-3k.
Salvage for vamp hilt (worth 10-15k). You'll sell it a lot faster than trying to sell the sword for 10-15k.
