100% CPU means nothing, i still do things outside of GW and mine is at 100%. Sounds more like a lack of memory.

Get Mcafee antivirus, about the restart/shutdown. Does it give a BSOD of any kind? Did you turn off automatic restart of the system?

Still doesn't do alot of damage, and is easy to kill. So i don't see a problem.
