I didn't realise they had done this because I don't buy/sell that often. When I do want to buy something I usually look in trade anyway....
Its pretty quick and easy to get to level 20 with Factions, it'll take a bit longer with Prophecies and Tyria is much bigger

Yep, code 13. Europe server. I remember this happening a few weeks ago, but was on holiday last week so don't know if it continued through then.
