I'd say, expert salvage them both for removable upgrades. Bow -- the req is too high, damage mod not perfect; axe is not max.
Bumping again. 2 sgtclarity: all I get is koi sceptres!! I might make a bonfire from them, by now *sigh*

Afraid no: this offhand has only one inherent mod, and not very important one, too -- armor is not the most required thing for the casters....
