i am pretty sure they exist, although a perfect one with str req would cost... millions(at least for a vanity skin such as eternal/shadow/magma)...
the problem is that +30 stance/-2 stance shields only are good with TACT shields since people using stances have high tactics instead of strength,...
the hammer you can either sell it for around 15k if you try hard enough, or you can salvage the +30 health mod and sell it for 10k the axe just...
