Yes a B/O is a "Buyout", if someone offers that much you sell them the item...and you will be lucky to get 30k for that haft.

The "Crimson Carapace Shield" i think its called...req 8 tactics +45hp -2dmg...can someone please tell me where to get it, it would be...
