By the way, just FYI...an easy way to get the elites/skills you want is to level up one character all the wya to 20(which gives you about 40 skill...

i would but neither him nor the other warrior(supposedly with bulls charge) will show up. Does the bulls charge guy spawn with the Cold Stones?

Who found bulls charge? Cause ive run around that dumb Perdition Rock about 20 times and cant find a warrior boss. You sure hes there? and if yes...

it makes all skills reduced by 15? that sounds kind of insane.
