Where do you get the ability to steal skills from enemies? I've come across several enemies with skills I want, but don't have the ability...

Well... after listenning to your very informative feedback, I tried adventuring with Soul Feast. I now sit at : Normal Dom - 2 Rune & Armor...

The thought is that if I have my friend do it, it might be possible for him to add a Dom Rune to my Necro armor. Or are the Runes bound by armor...
