Ettins farmign sucks man, specially when Sup absorption went down. Thats the reason people did "rune farming" aka ettin farming.
Use RT-spirits aka 3sec casting time aka faster xD R/RT > Expertise = no energy cost.
Clean Chaos Axe Req9 MAX DMG Damage 15% -5 energy no mods on it.
