quite like the imperial and canthan 15k personally.. and FoW, but i dont want to spend that kind of money on armor.

Yes, you need to be ascended to get into FoW. Also, europe usually has favour most of the time, don't see the issue

The thing is though, needling is not elite, barrage is. If you focus on single targets it can be very powerful indeed.
