I have killed the first few mobs as w/n solo using grenths balance but it varies on the spawns so I see no reason a 2-3 man team couldnt clear it...

I solo cleared tears of the fallen recently which is entirely bog skale blighters,ice tooths,and grand drakes with minimal effort using this...
