/agree anything thats not max dmg 99% of the time gets salvaged or merch'd

its not max dmg therefore i have to say merchant fodder get another opinion though

id say merch cuz i dunno how much a divine favor +1<17%> would get ya ... wait for another opinion

i know this sounds odd but wouldnt the death magic +1(18%) be worth 10k? or there abouts maybe more and maybe easier to sell although its not a...

i think its just the set armor type for UW ... like in regions with specific creature types reflects the name of the armor ...i was looking into...

its not max dmg you might as well ID it and hope for a good mod to salvage imo
