I don't see how it would only bottleneck when i see a monster on the screen, so that can't be it. I haven't received an email from GW...

It does it at every possible resolution, every video setting available.

Any ideas here? The game is basically unplayable as it stands.

No i didn't. Since this was a brand new card to replace the onboard video, the drivers windows used were upgraded. Then i rolled those back...
