Agreed on fire staff , but I figure hammer is 25k+ for those hammer users.. runic is a nice skin IMO

Set the B/o at 500k for 1 or 2 weeks , and you'll get there aswell. Agree on the lowball issue.

If the death magic 20% is a staff wrapping or head , salvage for it and sell it for ALOT of cash (probably 75k+ atleast) Otherwise ,1 mod staffs...

Merchant the FDS , and try salvaging the hammer for the 18% ench for your own use , or to sell it for 2-3k probably.(dunno what it goes for these...

A fair bit to the right monk.. Id imagine some 55hp monks might want this. No PC , but Id give it about 100k. Maybe more , maybe less.. not so...
