I would merch it personally - shields with +10 -2 are a pain to sell as it is, this being 9% makes it much less desirable. Might get 5k or so or...

I would merch it.... dual vamp items are wanted single hand so they can combo with a -50hp offhand and die quick if it was a really rare skin or...
