If tyrian then 15k~, market is quite flooded with these.
40k~ or so assuming it's inscribable, no need to add mods if you're selling it.
Can't see the skin, if it's common skin then 6k-10k~

Igneous Blade doesn't have much demand nowadays, req13 plat or two tops, better to merch it/give to heroes and save time. Don't mod it if...
Salvage for +29HP mod, sword itself ~1k/Merch/give to hero. Common skin with flawed dmg mod.
These seems to be quite common drop in EotN...no accurate price until GW:EN goes live though. If you want to sell it, spend some time in trade...
70k-80k~ or so, seen few go for 60k.
