Yes agreeing with above, no inherent dmg mod.
I'd salvage mods from these, somewhat wanted skin but high req kills the price.
20k-25k~ or so, wanted skin but not that rare.

15k-20k~, although +30HP mod is easier to sell so I'd propably salvage it first.

Quite common skin + high req, I'd salvage for swift staffhead.
There's only few items in Pre-Sear worth selling: dyes, vampiric weps, charr bag (not sure how popular this is)..I might be missing something...
