it was shut down on the gw2 side--they had 'issues' with giving rewards to accounts that were not linked to the correct gw1 account......
While having an alternate account is not in itself a bannable offense but highly discouraged, you are not allowed to use multiple accounts to gain...
its nice to see that folks are still finding (and trading)! Great set!
whites are worth about 500 - 2k, purples a bit more (some like marley). The price check thread about minis is not very out of date as the prices...

you can check out the price check forum that has a sticky about birthday gifts.--its a little out of date but not too much.
