I don't use texmod nor I play with gw file at all, and I still have the same problem, so I'd say no

I have same problem as you , 50% of more reconnection failes, same thing i get error 7. Although I have no answer...

Ohmy stop saying that PvP shouldn't have any influence on PvE, it does, much bigger than stupid favor system. All skills changes ( nerfs etc.)...
