Agree with 2-3, not with 1 as stated above, as for qwert, the stupid sh*ts been posting garbage just bashing the game uselessly all day.
If you leave the game on the login screen it will download the stuff until you log in or close it.
How this should work: if require is lets say... fire The only non-changeable mods could be: 20% half recast fire 20% half cast fire 10% half...
