Platinum wand is the shit.. in all fairness.. prettier than the dragons breath. I would put the wand at 150-250k, Illusion or not since the stats...

Mix stats, not perfect. I would put it at 40k high side. I'm not the shield master, so.. I have no idea about the tall.
