You press CTRL+SHIFT+H to make the interface dissapear. Then when you are done, you just press the same combination again to get it back. Cheers!

I just got my 15k Kurzick armor. I haven't decided which color I should dye it yet though. Any suggestions?

Dye could defenitly change the way you see the armor, so yes. I believe so.
