FYI, Ghostly staves are not inscribable, not a NF item.

if interested, i got a max gold Plagueborn Focus, req 7 soul reaping, +28hp always, 20% HSR of curses for only 10k.
just FYI, staves and wands (other than eternal flame wand) dont come with healing prayers req's. to my knowledge anyhoo. excluding collectors.

err, to my knowledge, even though i dont have NF, all items in NF can be inscribed, and yes, that includes Dragons Breath Wand, as i just PC'd...
