I agree very much so that greens have ruined many things. Need a weapon with a 15%/max dmg mod, but lack the funds? Ever heard of collector items?...
Was pretty easy with two Necro, and one Monk.
If you want max (possibly gold) Sephis Axes/Dead Bows, I believe Portal Wraiths may be your best option.
Skeletons in Fissure (Battlefield) Flesh golem things among others in Underworld (Bone Pits) Portal Wraiths towards end of Hell's Precipice.
I sold a (practically clean) one for 5k a few days ago because no one wanted it. I'd salvage in hopes for the swordsmanship mod.
