just only use lvl 5 drinks..and when ur drunkard title goes up 3 numbers..use another and if u r going for the title..u catch on very easily of...

well u can do the quests now but do NOT turn them in..at level 19 u should do all ur quests and turn them in and u be very close to lvl 20. then...
