Actually, the things you can excahnge commendations, etc for have set, unchanging values. You don't see keys changing price, or salvage kits, etc.

Out of curiosity, why does it matter for you, you went way beyond legendary, which is the top level for the title. You don't loose the title...

You'll get the bonuses from a preorder package no matter when you get it. If you could find one of the prophecies preorders, you'ld get...

As you can see, every mention of location is a Factons location, just as certain items only drop in Prophecies locations.

Drunkard, Chest farmer and Gold ID titles will take quite a while to earn (and generally a large amount of gold), you could always farm faction...
