Not true, any skill except for stances and shouts can be interrupted, but a 1/4 second one takes some real good luck.

All fame does is unlock certain emotes that do nothing except show how leet you are (or how much you can play IWAY ), it only applies to Heroes...

It works no differently than magic the gathering, if you spend lots of money, you'll have more cards to pick and choose from versus the guy...
