Agreed, Lord Xeshm. My machine is dated by today's standard but I still manage a fair fps ranging from 70-150 in game, with fps in the 30-40...

Have you given the forum a search? There are plenty of threads containing information that should be helpful, including a couple that are stickied.
The guild hall goes with the guild, as far as I know.
