Salvage the first (hope for the ogre slaying) and merchant the rest. 2,3,and 4 are junk, the last is a possible k or 2 to someone who doesnt care...

It means sell it to the merchant. If you are running a war/nec with heavy curses then it's an ok sword to customize for your own use...
